The cosy Lobby bar with the free use of Internet-connected computer is the ideal place to meet for a drink with your friends or business partners. Enjoy a cup of delicious coffee or remind the tradition of English tea at five and find a wide range of quality drinks and selected wines.


The lounge

Not only our clients could also use the oportunity to visit the lounge and wait staff, suitable for private meetings, celebrations and small private weddings. Enjoy our swimming pool with up steamflows (7 x 3,5 x 1,5 meter) and really great relaxation in the sauna, made from cedar wood with its own Room service.


Diets

Food is an integral and indispensable part of our treatment, it is included in the form of a dietary system. An example is rational, biologically and energetically balanced, various diets, which we can adapt to the requests of our guests from different nationalities.


Sparing diet

Indications for the purpose of this diet is gastritis, diseases of the liver, bile tract, pancreas or recovery period after acute infections and operations. The purpose of this diet is to ensure good nutrition, moderate to stimulate the secretory function of the digestive system and normalize motor function of the gastrointestinal tract. Showing dishes varying degrees of grinding and cooking – boiled, steamed, fried without the formation of coarse brown (no bread in bread crumbs or flour), pureed meals from foods rich in fiber and connective tissue, baked food without rough crust is also allowed. Excluded from the diet foods and meals that linger long in the stomach, are difficult to diggest or hot and cold dishes, of course hot spices. Recommended are mainly foodstuffs like quark, soya flour, egg white, yeast, vegetables, buckwheat, rolled oats, cheese, or fishes like herring and whiting. Fats of animal virgin are replaced by vegetable oils and your blood cholesterol level is regularly checked.

 

Balanced diet

A balanced meal is one which contains a healthy variety of foods, giving you a number of different nutrients, including carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals, possibly fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Healthy-balanced diet depends on the variety and quality of food choices you make. Following a balanced eating plan will actually make you feel more energized and more productive and also will reduce the risk of developing many health care problems. Spread out your meals throughout the day and recognize your emotional triggers, because your emotions are dominated you and you´re turning automatically to an old eating habit. Plan your meals and snacks ahead of time and you'll be rewarded with a lifetime of healthier eating.

Weight reduction low-calory diet

The basis of a healthy weight reduction diet is established in the rule of day recommended protein intake (1 g of protein for every 1 kilogram body weight) of course, with lowering sugar and fat intake. Fried foods, sugar and sorbitol (used as sugar substitutes, also in diabetic foods and diet).
Keep the calorie count at a level where you can either maintain or lose weight, depending on your goals, while eating healthy foods and getting reasonable amounts of exercise that can be part of your everyday lifestyle for the long haul. Take note of calorie numbers on food nutrition labels for a general knowledge of how many calories you are eating with each food.
Treat your weight loss as a time in which you will make lifestyle changes and exclude overeating, which makes dieting & will-power effective results for only a very short time. Adequate exercise and also walking is a gentle, low-impact exercise that can ease you into a higher level of fitness and health. Keep sharp by avoiding stress, don´t forget, that getting healthy and appropriate sleep is an extremely important part of being and stay slim.

Diabetic diet

The major aim of this diet is to maintain blood glucose level as close to normal as possible and of course, also to keep blood fat and cholesterol at a healthy level. Our goal is the balanced, but varied diet, contains proteins, essential minerals and vitamins. Diet plays a very vital role in regulating diabetes, so the body mass, height, age, the extent of physical aktivity and nature of diabetes are yet the other factors that are considered by your treating doctor. The observance of the dietary laws is the most important thing, so the diabetic patients should always be strict about their dietary intake as it makes a direct impact on their body system.
